Helpful information before buying from a participating op shop.
Participating stores aim to describe each item honestly and as accurately as possible, to the best of their knowledge and using the information available when the listing is created. Pre-loved, vintage and one-of-a-kind items may show signs of age or wear.
Please inspect the item carefully in store, ask about its condition, faults and suitability, and make your own informed decision before purchasing. Items are offered in the condition described and shown, and photographs may not reveal every detail.
A brand name, maker or attribution does not by itself mean professional authentication has taken place. An item should only be described as professionally authenticated when the selling store has supporting evidence. Ask to see that documentation before relying on an authenticity claim.
Purchases are made directly with the participating store. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights or remedies that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
